The house is accessed by an asphalt road, cleared of snow in the winter (winter tires are necessary). The ground is enclosed by a fence with a locked gate. The parking space can accommodate up to 5 cars. Pets are welcome with an additional fee. The closest attractions include Polana Szymoszkowa - an outdoor geothermally-heated pool and ski resort (1,5 kilometers away) and Krupówki – the base station from which tourists can take a cable car ride to the top of the Gubałówka Mountain (3 kilometers away). The nearest regional restaurant and a supermarket are only 300 meters away.
